These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrackDairy, a cloud-based dairy farm management platform owned and operated by Arbaz Ahmad. By accessing or using any part of the TrackDairy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the TrackDairy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users must provide accurate information when registering. Each email must be unique. The primary user (farm owner) can add or remove additional users under their farm. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You agree to use TrackDairy for lawful farm management purposes only. Any misuse, including unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or violating platform security, is prohibited and may result in suspension or legal action.
TrackDairy operates on a monthly subscription model via LemonSqueezy or manual payment. We offer a 14-day free trial. No refunds are provided at this time. We will notify you of any pricing changes via email.
You retain full ownership of the farm data you input. You may export your data at any time in CSV or PDF format. Upon account deletion, data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. We may use anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including cases of abuse or security threats. Upon termination, all associated data will be subject to the 30-day retention and deletion policy.
All content, source code, branding, and design of TrackDairy are the intellectual property of Arbaz Ahmad. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, or distribute the platform or its components.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, store, and process your data.
TrackDairy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from bugs, or accuracy of results. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TrackDairy. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions submitted to us may be used to improve TrackDairy without any obligation to compensate you.
We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or infrastructure failures.
